Because medications and compounded prescriptions are prepared specifically for an individual patient, prescription purchases are final and not eligible for return or refund once submitted to the pharmacy.
Why
Prescription products cannot be restocked or reused after preparation. This protects patient safety and maintains pharmacy compliance.
