Rise Wellness & Longevity

7-Day Age-Defying Skincare Protocol

The goal of this routine is simple: Treat. Protect. Repair. Repeat.

Great skincare isn't about using the most products possible. It's about using effective products consistently, in the correct order, while maintaining a healthy skin barrier.

Every Morning

Step 1 — Cleanse

AnteAGE Cleanser

Cleanse the face and neck with lukewarm water.

Massage gently, rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Step 2 — LED Phototherapy

Mirabella 7-Color LED Facial Mask + Near Infrared — 4–5 sessions per week

Use the LED mask on completely clean, dry skin BEFORE applying skincare products.

For an age-support routine: Red/Near-Infrared LED — 10 minutes. Then proceed with skincare.

Step 3 — Copper Peptides

Quicksilver Scientific Copper GHK+ Facial Serum — 6–7 mornings per week

Apply approximately 2 pumps over the face and neck.

Allow the serum to absorb before applying your next product.

Step 4 — Vitamin C Glow Oil

DERMA E Vitamin C Glow Face Oil — 3–5 mornings per week

Apply approximately 2–3 drops to the face and neck.

For normal or dry skin, this can be used more frequently. For oily or acne-prone skin, start around 2–3 mornings per week.

Step 5 — Day Cream

DERMA E Anti-Aging Regenerative Day Cream

Apply a thin, even layer over the face and neck. This becomes the primary daytime moisturizer in the Rise age-support protocol.

Important: This product contains retinol and bakuchiol, so people new to retinoids or prone to sensitivity should introduce it gradually rather than immediately using it seven mornings per week.

Step 6 — Sunscreen

MDSolarSciences Mineral Crème SPF 50 — every morning

Sunscreen is the final step. Apply liberally to the face, neck, ears, and décolletage/chest when exposed.

Reapply at least every 2 hours during sun exposure, and after swimming or significant sweating.

Because this routine contains retinol, consistent sun protection is especially important.

Evening Routine

We alternate between three types of nights: Retinol + Regenerative (Monday • Wednesday • Friday), Copper + Barrier (Tuesday • Thursday • Saturday), and Recovery (Sunday). This gives us active treatment nights while deliberately building recovery into the program.

Monday

Retinol + Regenerative Night

  1. AnteAGE Cleanser — pat the skin completely dry
  2. Optional Red/NIR LED — 10 minutes on clean, dry skin
  3. MDSolarSciences Evening Retinol Serum — 1–2 pumps over the face and neck. Avoid the eyelids, lips and corners of the nose. This formula contains 0.75% encapsulated retinol, making these our primary intensive retinol nights. Allow the serum to absorb.
  4. DERMA E Anti-Aging Regenerative Night Cream — a thin layer over the face and neck

Tuesday

Copper + Barrier Night

  1. AnteAGE Cleanser
  2. Optional Red/NIR LED — 10 minutes
  3. Quicksilver Scientific Copper GHK+ Serum — 2 pumps
  4. Ceramedx Ultra Moisturizing Cream

Wednesday

Retinol + Regenerative Night

  1. AnteAGE Cleanser
  2. Optional Red/NIR LED — 10 minutes
  3. MDSolarSciences Evening Retinol Serum — 1–2 pumps
  4. DERMA E Anti-Aging Regenerative Night Cream

Thursday

Copper + Barrier Night

  1. AnteAGE Cleanser
  2. Red/NIR LED — 10 minutes
  3. Copper GHK+ Serum — 2 pumps
  4. Ceramedx Ultra Moisturizing Cream

Friday

Retinol + Regenerative Night

  1. AnteAGE Cleanser
  2. Optional Red/NIR LED — 10 minutes
  3. MDSolarSciences Evening Retinol Serum — 1–2 pumps
  4. DERMA E Anti-Aging Regenerative Night Cream

Saturday

Copper + Barrier Night

  1. AnteAGE Cleanser
  2. Red/NIR LED — 10 minutes
  3. Copper GHK+ Serum — 2 pumps
  4. Ceramedx Ultra Moisturizing Cream

Sunday — Skin-Barrier Recovery Night

  1. 1. AnteAGE Cleanser
  2. 2. Ceramedx Ultra Moisturizing Cream

That's it. No retinol serum. No retinol cream. Give the skin a true recovery night.

Important: The DERMA E Night Cream also contains retinol and bakuchiol. Combining the dedicated retinol serum with the regenerative night cream intentionally creates a more advanced retinol night. This combination should be reserved for skin that already tolerates retinol well.

💡 Beginner Retinol Schedule

Because this protocol includes multiple retinol-containing products, someone who has never used retinol should NOT immediately begin with the advanced schedule.

Weeks 1–2

Dedicated Retinol Serum: Monday only. Use Ceramedx on the other evenings if irritation develops.

Weeks 3–4

Dedicated Retinol Serum: Monday + Thursday.

Weeks 5–6

If there is no persistent redness, burning, tenderness or peeling: Monday + Wednesday + Friday.

There is no prize for reaching three nights quickly. Consistency without irritation beats intensity.

🚨 When to Back Off

Reduce retinol frequency if you develop:

  • Persistent redness
  • Burning or stinging
  • Significant peeling
  • Unusual sensitivity
  • Painful dryness
  • A tight or damaged-feeling skin barrier

Switch temporarily to:

AnteAGE Cleanser → Ceramedx

And continue appropriate daytime sun protection until the skin settles.

The Rise Philosophy

☀️ Protect

SPF 50 every morning.

🧬 Support

GHK-Cu and thoughtfully selected skincare.

🌙 Renew

Strategically incorporated retinol.

💧 Repair

Ceramides, moisturization and intentional recovery nights.

The goal isn't to attack aging skin with as many active ingredients as possible. The goal is to create an environment where healthy-looking skin can thrive. Consistency beats intensity.

Longer. Better. Rise.

This protocol is intended for general educational purposes and is not individualized medical advice. Retinoid tolerance varies significantly. People with sensitive skin or active dermatologic conditions or those undergoing laser, chemical peel, microneedling or other procedures should receive individualized guidance. Topical retinoids are generally avoided during pregnancy.
